Diana Heights Luxury Hotel is seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and greet guests. Responsibilities include informing customers about payment methods and collaborating with housekeeping to uphold room standards. You will also address client complaints, confirm group bookings, and promote our services.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of ₹12,00.00 – ₹13,00.00 per month plus benefits.
