Job Description
DHL is seeking dedicated Territory Service Representatives to join our team as bikers. Your primary responsibilities will involve the delivery and pickup of shipments in a timely manner.
Delivery Duties:
- Unload bags from the vehicle and scan shipments.
- Sort packages and deliver shipments to the specified addresses.
- Collect acknowledgments from customers via device.
- Handle undelivered shipments and report status codes.
- Follow dress code and carry field bags.
Pickup Duties:
- Perform pickups according to standard procedures.
- Ensure timely collection from customers and acknowledge receipts.
- Sort and bag shipments efficiently before loading into vehicles.
