Job Description
DHL is looking for dedicated Territory Service Representatives (Bikers) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include delivering and picking up shipments efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service. Key duties involve unloading bags, scanning shipments, sorting, and ensuring timely delivery and pick-up as per standard operating procedures.
As a candidate, you must take acknowledgments from customers, update shipment statuses, and comply with dress code requirements. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our delivery process.
