Job Description
As a Territory Service Representative you will manage field service operations across an assigned region. You will visit customers, diagnose and resolve equipment or product issues, perform preventive maintenance, and train users. Build strong customer relationships, log service reports, and coordinate repairs with technical teams. Travel regularly, meet response-time and quality KPIs, and maintain accurate records. Requirements: high school diploma or technical certificate, one to three years in field service or technical support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.
