Job Description
DHL is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Territory Service Representative (Bikers). Responsibilities include:
Delivery Tasks:
- Unload bags from vehicles
- Scan shipments and perform primary and secondary sorting
- Deliver shipments strictly according to package addresses
- Obtain customer acknowledgments through devices (BYOD)
- Update status codes for undelivered shipments
- Handle COD amounts and undelivered shipments as instructed
- Maintain proper dress code and carry field bags during deliveries
Pickup Tasks:
- Execute pickups according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Count shipments and ensure timely pickups
- Inscan shipments and prepare for sorting and bagging
