Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Territory Service Representative at DHL. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Unloading, scanning, and sorting shipments for delivery.
  • Delivering packages solely to the designated addresses.
  • Collecting customer acknowledgments and updating delivery statuses.
  • Handling undelivered shipments and reporting to a supervisor.
  • Following proper dress code and carrying field bags during deliveries.
  • Timely pickups, counting shipments, and performing sorting and bagging processes.
  • Ensuring timely connections to meet customer needs.

Please note that all processes will be thoroughly briefed during training.
