Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and responsible Territory Service Representatives (Bikers) to join our team at DHL. Responsibilities include:

Delivery Tasks:

• Unload bags from the vehicle
• Scan shipments for tracking
• Sort shipments for delivery
• Deliver packages to designated addresses
• Obtain customer acknowledgments via device
• Update shipment status codes
• Ensure proper dress code and carry field bags during deliveries

Pickup Tasks:

• Execute pickups as per SOP
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations
• Count shipments and handle acknowledgment sheets
