Job Description

DHL is seeking dedicated Operations Staff for our pickup and delivery team. Responsibilities include:

Delivery:

• Loading shipments accurately according to routes.
• Delivering to the correct customers.
• Handling POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes and maintaining delivery records.
• Managing status codes for undelivered shipments.
• Meeting estimated delivery dates (EDD) and quality targets.
• Handover of payments on the same day.
• Following the appointment delivery process and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Pickup:

• Executing pickups as per SOP and timelines.
• Conducting airwaybill execution and shipment tallying.
• Collecting necessary regulatory paperwork.
• Inspecting package conditions at pickup.
• Ensuring timely arrival for connections.
