Job Description
Join our team at DHL as an Operations Staff member responsible for both delivery and pickup operations. In this role, you will ensure the timely delivery of shipments, accurately load items according to routes, and maintain proper documentation. Key responsibilities include:
- Loading shipments with proper tally
- Delivering shipments to the correct customers
- Managing POD/FOD/DOD/COD processes
- Meeting EDD while achieving quality targets
- Handling undelivered shipments as required
- Executing timely pickups as per SOP
- Collecting all necessary paperwork
