Job Description
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager (Institutional Sales) at Dharma Enterprises. Responsibilities include daily morning office reporting; preparing and presenting daily reports to seniors; scheduling client appointments by phone and conducting on-site meetings with hotels, A-grade restaurants and cloud kitchens; presenting products and pricing to purchasing managers; closing deals and securing purchase orders. Candidate must be hardworking, honest, responsible, motivated for long-term growth and open to training. Benefits: basic salary plus incentives (₹15,00–₹25,00/month), company phone, train pass and daily expense allowance. Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Required languages: English/Hindi/Marathi. Work location: In person.
