Job Description
dezen international seeks a full-time Student Counsellor to provide academic and career guidance, conduct one-on-one and group counselling, identify student strengths and challenges, support stress and adjustment issues, coordinate with faculty and parents, maintain records, and run workshops. Requirements: strong communication, empathy, confidentiality, organizational skills, and MS Office proficiency. Preferred: 1 year experience in digital marketing and telesales. Salary: ₹20,00–₹30,00/month. Work location: in person. Applicants should be proactive, student-focused, and able to track progress and outcomes.
