Job Description
E-Commerce Executive (Operations & Returns) at Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd. Manage end-to-end returns (RTO/RTV/customer), handle claims, reimbursements and inventory reconciliation across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart). Coordinate with warehouses, logistics and support teams, maintain accurate records, close pending claims, and prepare MIS reports in Excel. Requirements: 1–3 years in ecommerce operations, strong returns/claims and inventory knowledge, hands-on marketplace portal experience and good Excel skills; preferred experience with inventory systems and warehouse/logistics. Full-time, on-site. Salary ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance and Provident Fund. Apply if you are organized, proactive and solution-oriented.
