Job Description
Dexter Capital Advisors is seeking talented MBA graduates for the position of Management Consultant. We are standardizing the hiring process by categorizing candidates into three tiers based on college ranking and reputation.
Compensation Packages:
- Tier 1 – Associate: Total CTC: ₹27L
- Tier 2 – Sr. Analyst: Total CTC: ₹21L
Hiring Criteria:
- Must-Have: 12+ months of front-end experience in VC/PE fund or I-Bank.
- Preferred: CFA L1/L2/L3 certification.
