Job Description
Dew Diamonds seeks a Customer Relationship Executive for its corporate office in Kuriachira, Thrissur. Full-time, permanent role requiring 1–2 years of office experience, comfortable working independently on computers; experience in the jewellery/diamond industry preferred. Responsibilities include managing client communication, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely responses. Compensation range: ₹15,00–₹175,00 per month. Benefits include cell phone and internet reimbursement, commuter assistance, health and life insurance, provident fund and leave encashment. On-site work.
