Job Description
Devriz Fashion Lifestyle Private Limited is seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other legal frameworks. Responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, preparing board meeting documents, advising on corporate governance, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications include being a Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the startup or FMCG/Beauty sector. Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of ₹35,00.00 – ₹64,943.78.
