Job Description
Devasya seeks an enthusiastic Retail Store Executive (Female) to deliver warm in-store service, drive sales (₹40,00–₹60,00/month), and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include greeting and advising customers, achieving sales targets, managing displays and inventory, operating POS and handling transactions, supporting WhatsApp follow-ups, and collaborating with the store team. Requirements: 1–5 years retail experience, strong communication and customer-handling skills, positive attitude, shift and weekend flexibility, and basic billing and digital skills. Fashion/ethnic wear experience and basic styling sense are advantageous. Full-time, in-person role.
