Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for our skin clinic. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and maintaining the reception area.
- Responding to patient inquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Documenting patient visits accurately.
Minimum qualifications: Any graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
