Job Description
Dermacheck Skin Clinic is seeking a Telecaller Executive with a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Relevant candidates are invited to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and maintain a tidy reception.
- Handle patient inquiries and follow up on calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments, aligning with the doctor’s calendar.
- Ensure confidentiality of all clinic-related information.
- Communicate medical results to patients under supervision.
- Document patient and visitor interactions accurately.
Qualifications: Any graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Candidates based in Kochi are preferred.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
