In this role, you will handle front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, processing payments, and overseeing inventory. Your contributions will ensure the clinic operates smoothly.
Qualifications include prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare or the beauty industry is a plus.
