Job Description
The Della Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance & Waterproofing Supervisor to oversee all waterproofing activities at Della Adventure and Resorts. This role involves supervising on-site waterproofing works, coordinating with vendors and teams for quality execution, and ensuring the water-resistant integrity of all structures.
Key responsibilities include routine inspections, recommending waterproofing solutions, and maintaining records of work. Candidates should possess an ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in waterproofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Previous experience in hospitality or resort environments is a plus.
