Job Description

Della Group seeks an energetic Gym Zumba Instructor for Della Resorts to lead high‑energy Zumba and group fitness classes, run beginner yoga/stretch sessions, and support guest recreation and adventure programs. Responsibilities include managing class schedules, equipment, attendance, promoting wellness activities, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the adventure and operations teams. ZIN certification preferred; experience in hospitality, fitness, dance, wellness, or recreation is an advantage. Must have excellent communication, a guest‑first attitude, and comfort working with all age groups. Local candidates from Lonavala or nearby areas will be preferred. Reporting to the Operations Manager.
