Job Description

Join Delights Marketing Solutions as a Customer Support Agent in our international voice process team located in Kolkata (Saltlake). You will engage with customers over the phone, resolving their issues with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality service.
• Document interactions accurately in our system.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction.

Eligibility: Graduates/Undergraduates, freshers or experienced in customer support. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
