Job Description

Degree Bazaar seeks a Fresher/Experienced Telecaller Cum Counselor to handle incoming leads, make outbound calls, assess student requirements and recommend suitable courses. You will guide prospects through the admission process, convert enquiries into admissions, maintain follow-ups and update records. The role demands strong communication skills, patience, empathy, persuasiveness and a target-driven approach. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹20,00 per month. Work Location: In person. Familiarity with CRM tools and a customer-focused attitude are preferred.
