Job Description
Decagon Software Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to assist our customers with their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and requests.
- Provide training on our software and mobile application.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Basic web browsing skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹14,00.00 – ₹19,00.00 per month
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
