Job Description
As the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group seeks a Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent retail banking support. You will process cash, transfers, cheques/drafts, account openings and service requests, ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policies. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues within timelines and escalate when required. Requirements: 2–4 years banking experience, a degree (preferably Banking/Commerce), strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build client relationships, responsibility, deadline orientation and good computer knowledge.
