Job Description
Day Mart Group seeks a Part-time Supermarket Supervisor to manage daily store operations at Day Mart Supermarket, Kakkattil, Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala. You will lead floor staff and cashiers, ensure product display, stock rotation, inventory coordination, accurate billing, customer service, hygiene and safety, and prepare daily sales reports. Required: 1–3 years in supermarket/hypermarket/retail supervision, retail operations and inventory knowledge, basic computer/POS skills, strong leadership, communication and problem-solving, ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Salary: ₹15,00–₹25,00 per month. This is an in-person role. Candidates with prior retail supervisory experience are encouraged to apply promptly.
