Job Description
Daksha Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to enhance our growing team. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction with a required typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
Key Responsibilities: Manage inquiries, handle complaints, maintain records, guide customers on orders, and collaborate with departments.
Skills: Excellent communication in English and regional languages (Tamil, Malayalam preferred), basic computer literacy, prior customer service experience is a plus.
