Job Description
D.B. Group spa is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Documentation Junior Specialist. The main activities include supporting the preparation and issuance of transport documents, ensuring shipment documentation compliance, and assisting in coordination with carriers and customs brokers. Candidates will also manage shipping files, provide document copies to customers, and assist with monitoring customs clearance deadlines.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
