Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Cafe Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing inventory and suppliers, creating staff schedules, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, handling cash and basic accounting, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in café or restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends required. Passion for coffee and a commitment to a positive team culture are essential.
