Job Description

Location: AJC Bose Road, Kolkata

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹18,00 – ₹22,00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for directors and staff.
  • Delegate tasks to teams as instructed by directors.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and maintain task trackers.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be married.
  • Proficient in MS Office and written English.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
