Job Description

We seek a Fleet Operations Executive to manage statutory documents, renewals, and vehicle paperwork; track documents in vehicles; prepare LRs per customer invoices and complete DMRs with in‑route expenses and supporting trip documents. Plan and execute timely vehicle dispatches, send customer reports, coordinate drivers and office teams to ensure smooth operations, and provide on‑site vehicle support as situations demand. Maintain monthly seizer lists and shortage/damage records with driver signatures. Full-time, permanent role. Pay: ₹10,597.71–₹14,485.94/month. Work location: In person at Crystal Group.
