CRUTZ LEELA ENTERPRISES is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in bulk hiring within the FMCG industry. This full-time position is based in Viman Nagar, offering a salary ranging from ₹20,00.00 to ₹25,00.00 per month.
The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end bulk hiring processes, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a minimum of 1 year of experience in bulk hiring are required. Experience in hiring for BPO, FMCG, retail, or blue-collar roles is preferred.
