Job Description
CRUTZ LEELA ENTERPRISES is seeking a Clinical Data Improvement Specialist with the following qualifications:
- Experience in Outpatient coding (E&M, SDS/ASC, and HCC) with CPC certification
- Over 5 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Risk Adjustment
- Proficient in Hierarchical Condition Category coding
The role focuses on enhancing the accuracy and completeness of documentation in various outpatient settings, aiding in quality patient care. Responsibilities include retrospective review of medical records and ensuring accurate coding and billing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,500,00.00 – ₹1,800,00.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift
