Job Description
Crust N Crumb is seeking a dedicated Production Team Member to assist our production line operators and supervisors in day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include supporting operators, moving finished goods, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety guidelines.
Qualifications: Minimum +2 education with 0–2 years experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred, especially in FMCG, food, beverage, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Skills: A basic understanding of hygiene and safety, ability to follow instructions, physical stamina, teamwork, and willingness to work shifts.
Job Type: Full-time with a salary ranging from ₹14,300.00 to ₹15,600.00 per month. Benefits include meals and a provident fund.
