Job Description
Crown Clothing Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of uniforms, is seeking a proactive CRM Executive (Telecalling) to enhance our dynamic team based in Banerjee Hat, near Dakghar, Maheshtala, Kolkata- 700141.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate orders from placement to delivery
- Handle client clarifications and follow-ups
- Assist with payment follow-up
- Maintain client communication and records
- Manage any complaints effectively
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM or telecalling preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00/month
