Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Operations Specialist to join our team at CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd. A BDS degree is mandatory for this role.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and will serve as an offshore assistant to onshore dentists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Application of dental treatment knowledge in treatment procedures
- Writing treatment narratives as required
- Reviewing and verifying claim submissions in a database system
