Job Description
CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd, located in Chakan, Pune, is seeking a skilled Team Leader Production (Furnace). The ideal candidate should have a B.E. / B.Tech in Production or equivalent, with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering team collaboration. Experience in furnace operations and ISO/IATF/OHSAS standards is essential.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of ₹1,200,00.00 – ₹1,600,00.00 per year.
