Job Description
Cosmic Byte is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Duties include handling communication and correspondence, such as answering phone calls and managing emails, as well as coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings for executives.
The role also involves managing document and record systems, maintaining both physical and digital filing, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for employee and financial documents.
