Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive is the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing patient flow and administrative tasks for a smooth clinic operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and answer inquiries
• Manage patient scheduling and check-in/check-out processes
• Handle billing and maintain patient records
• Coordinate with healthcare staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
