Job Description
Location: New Delhi
Minimum Experience: 3 years in a similar role
We seek a qualified Company Secretary with expertise in the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and related compliance responsibilities.
Qualifications: Must be a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with 3-8 years of experience, strong knowledge of FDI and ODI regulations, and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹800,00.00 – ₹1,300,00.00 per year
