Job Description
We are urgently hiring for the position of Phone Banking Officer at Corporate Hub located in Malad West Mindspace.
Salary ranges from ₹26,00 to ₹40,00 per month, with additional incentives and overtime pay.
Qualifications: HSC/Graduate with at least 6 months of experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willing to work night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
