Job Description

We are hiring a Trainee Machine Operator for Continental to support conveyor belt production in Kalyani. Responsibilities include checking shift programs, arranging compound at feeding zones, coordinating with forklift operators, operating feed panels and RHP hoppers, ensuring smooth rubber pull and detecting foreign materials, responding to metal detector activations, supporting head-back during changeovers, and assisting upstream and downstream operations. Candidates should hold an ITI in a relevant trade and be willing to work onsite. Job ID REF32907X. This entry-level role reports to a leading-self level within Phoenix Conveyor Belt India Private Ltd. and offers hands-on training in conveyor belt manufacturing.
