Job Description
Join our IT Team at Continental Mercantile Corporation PVT.LTD, providing technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, and software. You will manage help desk queries, log customer issues, and train staff on new technologies.
Duties: Provide technical support, handle Tier 1 queries, analyze issues, escalate IT problems, and install software/hardware.
Skills: Knowledge of operating systems, programming, strong communication, and problem-solving.
Work Hours: 9 hours/day; part-time position. Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00/month.
