Job Description
We seek an experienced, target-driven Female Admission Counsellor to generate admissions, counsel prospective students one-on-one, and convert leads into enrollments. You will maintain course and market knowledge, make outbound calls, follow up using CRM, track campaigns, and support business development. Required: minimum 3 years sales and academic counselling experience, strong persuasion, relationship-building, presentation skills, and comfort with targets in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, permanent; pay from ₹15,00/month; Provident Fund provided. Work in person in Baranagar, Kolkata. Master’s preferred. Applicants should be willing to commute or relocate and be confident handling outbound calls and monthly/quarterly targets.
