Connect2learn is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to enhance our international customer operations. The ideal candidate will support management in delivering timely and effective service, resolve customer issues with a positive attitude, and analyze operational data for efficiency improvements.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to address client queries, maintaining performance metrics with regular Excel reports, and providing support to team leads while aiding the training of junior members.

We offer a full-time, permanent position with a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as flexible schedules, health insurance, and paid time off.
