Job Description

Join Concentrix as a Planning & Scheduling Associate. Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate resources, monitor progress, update plans to meet milestones, and support project managers. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management or related, 1–3 years with MS Project or Primavera, strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines. Tasks: prepare baseline and recovery schedules, track KPIs, produce reports, and facilitate meetings to resolve constraints. Proactive, team-oriented candidates encouraged to apply.
