Job Description
About the Role: We are ColoursUI, seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Remote Software Support & Onboarding Specialist. Help schools and local distributors succeed with our software through virtual onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing remote onboarding and software training.
- Assisting users with setup via screen share.
- Responding to queries and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining customer data and training logs.
- Collaborating with the tech team to resolve complex issues.
- Creating support documentation as needed.
Requirements: 1-3 years in customer support or software implementation, excellent English communication, and familiarity with remote tools.
