Job Description
COGNOTA SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated Tele Calling Executive to join our team! If you have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Tamil and English, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in BPO or export documentation is an advantage
- Strong computer skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Indian customers in the USA
- Preparing invoices and packing lists for flower exports
- Coordinating with packing & delivery teams in India
- Updating order status in Shopify
- Sharing reports with operational heads
Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM | Experience: 1 to 3 years | Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹14,00 per month
