Job Description
We are seeking a talented PAD L2 support associate and lead with 5+ to 12 years of experience in MS Power Automate. A solid background in Finance and Accounting is essential. The ideal candidate must be proactive and available for night shifts until 4 AM IST.
Responsibilities include:
- 10+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in Power Automate technologies.
- Lead a support team ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, diagnostics, and resolution of issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and engage in process improvements.
Certification Required: Microsoft Power Automate Certification
