Job Description
Join Coconut Cove Varkala as a North Indian Chef at our beachfront resort. We seek an experienced cook skilled in authentic North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, with basic knowledge of popular South Indian items (biryani, parotta, select curries). Responsibilities include menu coordination, maintaining taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, inventory control, and supervising kitchen helpers. Requirements: 2–5 years’ experience (resort/hotel preferred), Hindi mandatory, English/regional languages preferred, ability to work independently in a resort setting, willingness to live at the beach. Full-time permanent in-person role. Benefits: accommodation (if applicable), food, performance-based increments, long-term stability. Salary: ₹33,00–₹35,00/month.
